At Melvin & Hamilton, we want you to be fully satisfied with your high-quality leather shoes. If they aren't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange your unworn items within 14 days of receipt.

Return Process

  Register Your Return

  Log in to your customer account and select the order you wish to return to generate your official return request.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the unworn shoes in their original box and include the completed return form to ensure a smooth processing of your refund.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your portal and drop off the package at your nearest authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
